最近思うのは、TVの我々に与える影響は、極めて強いということである。
新聞をとっている人の、8割以上はTV番組欄をみている。ブログのかなりの割合は、TVを見ての感想。検索数の増減に、関連性の最も高いファクターの一つはTVで取り上げられたかどうか...
そのまんま東氏が、宮崎県知事に選出されたが、彼の勝利の要因として、保守分裂の影響とともに、TV出演による知名度の高さは否定できないであろう。TVに出演しているのは、政治家としてではなく、コメディアンとしてではあるが、親しみを与えるという効果は絶大に違いない。
NHKで本日、「グーグル革命の衝撃」という番組があった。恐らくある年代以上の人間にとっては、グーグルって一体何よ？という感じで、この番組で初めてグーグルを知った人も多いと思われる。また、通常、NHKについては、納豆ダイエットデータを捏造するようなことがなく、非常に信頼性が高く、客観性のある報道を行う...というポジティブな印象があるに違いない。
この取材は、普段取材拒否であるグーグルが、NHKに例外的にOKをだして行われたものらしい。見てみると、グーグルが取材にGOサインをだした理由がよくわかった。
全体のトーンは、インターネット＝グーグル、検索＝グーグル、検索KW連動広告＝グーグルという図式で、描かれている。つまり、ネットがもたらした社会的効果を、グーグルがもたらしたというイメージにすり替えている傾向が強く、非常に、正確さや客観性を欠くものであったような気がするのだが...。
TVの有する他メディアや社会に対する効果という観点からみると、グーグルに対する日本における知名度、イメージは、この放送後、特に40代以上を中心に大きく変わったと思う。明日、多くの会社で、白髪交じりの部長さんが、グーグルの衝撃をネタに、訓示をするに違いない。

確かに金田さんのご指摘通りの内容でした。
明らかにコマーシャル番組ですよね。
１２年ぶりに出てきたロボット鯉「将軍」のぎこちない動きと、どっこいどっこいの不快感を持った方も多いのではないでしょうか？
