殺伐としたニュースが多い。

店で食事中の夫婦切られる滋賀

レストランで食事中に、5,6人の男が、日本刀をもって乱入し、夫婦を切ったらしい。想起するのは、池田屋事件…くらいかなあ。幕末の志士と新撰組ならわかるけれども、現代日本で、日本刀をもった集団が斬り込んで来るなんて信じられない。

兄の首をのこぎりで切断・大阪

28歳の長男を、21歳の三男が「ごみ捨てをめぐり口論になって」、首をのこぎりで切断したらしい。
信長を狙撃した、善住坊くらいしか思いつかない、首をのこぎりで切断とは…。前述記事は、幕末だけど、この話は戦国時代くらいまで遡らないと、類似例がみつからないのではないか。ゴミ捨ての口論くらいで、首をのこぎりで切断されていたら、私はこれまで姉に、3000回は鋸引きされているに違いない。

同じ日に、こういう事件が起こる日本という国は、何かどこかが、麻痺しつつあるんじゃなかろうか？トラブルの解決方法が、抜刀斬り込み。兄弟喧嘩の結果が鋸引き。命の重みが、どんどん軽くなっていく。

「黄金の日日」ですね。まだ小学生だったと思いますが、善住坊最期の回はテレビの前で号泣したのを覚えています。

大河ドラマは、嘘ばっかりで、石川五右衛門、ルソン助左衛門、杉谷善住坊が、友達になっていますが、この三人は、会った事もありません。元々接点がない。

信長を狙撃して、鋸引きにあったのは、事実ですが、この狙撃を何故行ったかも確かなことはわからないようです。怨恨説などもありますが、唯単に「射撃の腕試し」説もあり、こちらのほうが、気に入っています。
