海のそばで体操したくなることもある
本日、羽田空港の滑走路が二時間に渡って利用不能になった。
「海のそばで体操をしたくなった」 滑走路を職員が横断 羽田空港２時間閉鎖 産経新聞 09日03時23分 ８日午前４時ごろ、東京都大田区の羽田空港で、滑走路３本のうち最も海側のＣ滑走路近くにある赤外線センサーが反応し、監視カメラに滑走路を横切るランニング姿の人影が映った。 カメラで追尾したが第２ターミナルビル付近で見失ったため、国土交通省東京空港事務所はＣ滑走路を閉鎖して行方を捜したところ、航空機の地上誘導を担当する全日空関連会社の男性職員（２２）と分かった。
で、この職員の方が、滑走路を横切った理由が「海の近くで体操をしたかった」。確かに、海の近くで体操をするのは、かなり気持ちがよさそう。しかも、午前4時くらいということは、少し夜が白み始めるころで、ひんやりとした海風が吹いて、何ともいえない気持ちになるね、絶対。
昔、地元で、飲んだ後、何故か関門橋に行こうということになり、数KM歩いたことがある。海沿いの道を飲んだくれて歩くのだが、そのうち、夜が明け始めて、関門橋に着く頃には、朝日が射してきた。その神々しい光と頬をなでる爽やかな海風に、酔いも醒めた我々は、厳粛な気持ちで、言葉もなく海を見つめるのであった。
男性職員は22歳。飲んだくれて目茶をやっていた頃と同じ年代。厳重注意をされるらしいのだが…。夜明け近く、海の近くで体操をしたいという感性自体は、皆共感できるのではないのかしら。
